NBC offers three big comedy premieres tonight, with “SNL In Prime Time”, “The Office”, and the new series “Community” making their season (and series) debuts.
“Community” stars E’s “The Soup” host Joel McHale, who in my opinion is about a million times funnier than Leno or Conan, as a down on his luck lawyer who has to go back to college in order to validate his bar exam results. It also features a superb supporting cast including Ty Webb himself, Chevy Chase, The Hangover‘s Ken Jeong, Derrick Comedy’s Donald Glover (from Mystery Team) and “The Daily Show’s” John Oliver. It’s my second-most anticipated debut of the fall (next to “It’s Always Sunny”), and I know what’s funny and what you should watch tonight because I’m important and everyone likes me. So there.
“Community” starts at 9:30 p.m.
